Otero County Health Department – Crowley County Branch

The Otero County Health Department (OCHD) is one of the oldest organized health departments in Colorado.
Our mission is:

“To provide core public health services and preventive medical services to the communities within our jurisdiction.”

OCHD proudly serves both Crowley and Otero Counties in Southeast Colorado.

We are honored to serve the Crowley County community on behalf of the Otero County Health Department and the Crowley County Commissioners.
The Crowley County Branch is located in the Crowley County Administration Building.
