Festivals and Annual Gatherings in Crowley County

Crowley County Days

For over 100 years, local communities have celebrated Crowley County Days each summer. The week-long event takes place in and around Ordway and features a variety of fun activities for all ages, including:

  • A parade

  • Pancake breakfast

  • Barbecue

  • Mud races

  • Rodeo

  • Other family-friendly events

The festival is held annually on the last Saturday in July and maintains its traditional, old-fashioned charm, providing entertainment and community spirit for everyone.

Oktoberfest

Every September, the Crowley County Fire Departments host Oktoberfest at the New Firehall in Ordway, located at:
611 E. 9th Street, Ordway, CO

Enjoy traditional German foods and beverages, including:

  • Brats

  • Bierocks

  • German salad

  • Sauerkraut

  • German chocolate cake

  • Soda and beer on tap
