Festivals and Annual Gatherings
Each summer for over 100 years, the local communities have hosted Crowley County Days with a parade and fun activities in and around Ordway. The week-long event culminates with a pancake breakfast, parade, barbecue, mud races, rodeo and other activities. Held the last Saturday in July, this festival has always stayed true to its old-fashioned roots and provides fun for the whole family.
Oktoberfest
Each September the Crowley County Fire Departments come together, and host Oktoberfest at the New Firehall in Ordway located at 611 E. 9th St.
The firemen will be serving Brats, Bierocks, German salad, Sauerkraut, German Chocolate Cake, Soda and Beer on tap. If you have any questions call 719-267-5206
